Happy Fish Studios ("we", "us") provides underwater photography and videography sessions for Happy Fish Swim School students. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our booking site, how we use it, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• Booking details: parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, your child's name, the location, date and time booked, and any notes you provide.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation, the amount, and a payment reference.
• Photos & video: footage of your child captured during your booked session, used to produce your milestone video.
• Website usage: standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, used only to run and secure the site.

2. How we use it

• To manage your booking: confirmations, reminders and delivery of your video.
• To process payments and apply promo or gift-card codes.
• To send occasional offers if you opted in — unsubscribe anytime by replying to any email.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your child's footage for marketing without your separate consent.

3. Retention & security

Booking records are kept as long as needed for operations, accounting and legal requirements. Data is stored on servers we control, with access limited to authorised staff.

4. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by replying to any of our emails.
