Happy Fish Studios ("we", "us") provides underwater photography and videography sessions for Happy Fish Swim School students. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our booking site, how we use it, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• Booking details: parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, your child's name, the location, date and time booked, and any notes you provide.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation, the amount, and a payment reference.
• Photos & video: footage of your child captured during your booked session, used to produce your milestone video.
• Website usage: standard technical data such as IP address and browser type, used only to run and secure the site.

2. How we use it

• To manage your booking: confirmations, reminders and delivery of your video.
• To process payments and apply promo or gift-card codes.
• To send occasional offers if you opted in — unsubscribe anytime by emailing admin@happyfish.sg.
• We do not sell your data. Your child's footage is used for marketing or promotion only with your consent, given via the consent box at booking (ticked by default) — you can untick it when booking or withdraw it any time on your My Booking page.

3. Retention & security

Booking records are kept as long as needed for operations, accounting and legal requirements. Data is stored on servers we control, with access limited to authorised staff.

4. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, on your My Booking page or by emailing admin@happyfish.sg.
