Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before booking a video session with Happy Fish Studios.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars and are per child per session unless stated otherwise. Your booking is for the specific session type, location, date and time selected at checkout.

2. Who can book

Video sessions are offered to Happy Fish Swim School students. Please book at the branch and time that matches your child's swimming ability so our crew can capture their milestones at their best.

3. Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session time with your child ready to swim (swimwear, towel and a change of clothes). Sessions run on schedule and a late arrival shortens your filming time.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Cancellation or rescheduling notice must be given at least 1 day in advance. If your child is unfit for the video session, you may request to reschedule with at least 2 hours' advance notice. If no notice is received 2 hours prior to the video session, the session may be forfeited. Each booking can be rescheduled once.

5. Filming & Your Video

Our crew films during your booked slot and edits the footage into your child's milestone video, which is delivered to the email used at booking. Timelines vary with editing volume; we will keep you posted.

6. Safety

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Our crew's and lifeguards' decisions on safety are final, and sessions may be paused or adjusted where conditions require.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

Guests attend sessions at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Happy Fish Studios is not liable for loss, damage, injury or additional costs except where caused by our negligence.
